Return & Refund Policy
All artwork is made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
